Shoes must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories

Proof of purchase is required

Refunds:

Once we inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 10–15 working days

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Exchanges:

You may exchange for another size or product if available

Customer is responsible for courier fees for exchange shipments

Non-Returnable Items:

Worn, damaged, or used items

Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds
